I spoke with Kevin Nguyen on the phone and decided to make a trip to San Jose the next day. I set up an appointment with him. We drove 50 miles - it was well worth the trip. Kevin was waiting for us when we drove up. He had brought the Pathfinder I was interested in -up to the front. I like to shop around and wanted to look at a few more options. Looking for a replacement for a car that was totaled by a sleeping driver and found what we were looking for here at Capitol Nissan. We live over 60 miles away but spoke with Carlos and he helped not only broker the deal but also worked with his finance office to secure our deal and financing. Drove down the next day and instead of the one we were originally looking at we were provided with 3 choices on the same model. We finally chose one (lol) and they got the ball rolling. Though purchasing a car is never quick the team here made it an enjoyable and easy process. Highly recommend this dealer and if you want a salesperson that cares make sure you ask for Carlos.
